Welcome to aetech.dev. By accessing our store, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License and Usage

When you purchase a script or resource from aetech.dev, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource on the FiveM server associated with your CFX/Keymaster account.

You may not redistribute, resell, or share our products with third parties.
You may not claim our code, models, or assets as your own.
Our resources are locked via CFX Escrow system unless explicitly stated otherwise. Tampering with the escrow system or attempting to decrypt the files is strictly prohibited.

2. Account and Authentication

All purchases are securely processed through Tebex. You must ensure you are logged into the correct CFX account prior to completing a purchase. We cannot transfer licenses between CFX accounts once the purchase has been finalized.

3. Support

We provide support for our products exclusively through our Discord server. Support covers bug fixes and assistance with default installation configurations. We do not provide free support for custom modifications or resolving conflicts created by unsupported third-party resources.

4. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on aetech.dev's digital storefront could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to our prices or products at any time without notice.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms (e.g. leaking scripts, filing fraudulent chargebacks).
