1. General Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our products (FiveM server scripts, assets, maps, and templates), we have a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are considered final once the transaction is completed and the digital goods are delivered to your Tebex / Keymaster account.

2. Why No Refunds?

Digital products cannot be returned in the traditional sense, as they cannot be un-downloaded or digitally sent back once access is granted. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after a purchase.
  • Lack of the technical knowledge required to install or use the files.
  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake, unless immediately reported without activating the license key.
  • Incompatibility with third-party, heavily modified, or unsupported server frameworks.

3. Support & Bug Fixes

While we cannot grant refunds, we stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter a bug, installation issue, or technical problem, please contact us via our Discord support system. We will work to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute against the purchases made on aetech.dev via PayPal, your bank, or other payment gateways will result in an immediate, permanent ban from our services, revocation of all licenses, and your information may be shared in related fraud blacklists.
